Hanoi’s own Pots ’n Pans is excited to announce its
3rd Anniversary celebration on Saturday 21st March, 2015.

We have the great honour of hosting a renowned
Melbourne chef, Julien Perraudin. Chef Julien will
present a five-course gala dinner, pairing with
great wines to mark an important milestone
in Pots ’n Pans’ unique culinary journey.

 

Chef Julien Perraudin’s biography


Australian born French chef Julien was trained in France where he worked for a number of Michelin Starred Restaurants such as Manoir de Sonat, l’Angle du Feaubourg and Taillevet.

In 2003 he moved to London and worked for The Orrery, an acclaimed Michelin star restaurant.
Following his heart calling, Julien decided to move to Australia in 2005 and worked for some incredible and influential chefs including Paul Wilson and Stuart McVeigh at
The Botanical and No.35 Restaurant in Melbourne.

He has recently set up a French Vietnamese restaurant in Sydney called Salon De The.
